A month ago I'd be excited for the chance to pick up a game. But there's no room left for false hope. lol

It's buried beneath what has to be one of the worst July's by any team in MLB history that was 7 games over .500 when it started.

-shut out 6 times
-run differential from close to +100 to -
-starter's ERA likely over 10
-had a top 5 defense when it started, now it' s well, who cares, lmao

I've never seen a Cardinal team tank this hard, this fast, this far. Bunch of losers managed by dim wits.

Were you not watching last year?

On July 21st we were 52-47, 5 back in the division and were the 2nd WC spot, 1.5 games above the 3rd spot (which was 3 teams tied). By August 20th we were 12 back in the division and 6 back of the 3rd WC spot. We went 9-17 over 26 games.

I did, although I stopped after the aforementioned. Difference between 24 and 25 is, the 24 offense was horrific all season. The 25 team WAS top-10 in offense, defense, bullpen ERA (I think) and def top half of the league in starter's ERA.

I just didn't think they were capable of collapsing this far this fast. Fugly!
