Cardinals Asst. GM - in charge of Player Development & Player Performance

Now that Mo is riding into the sunset , the threads will get tons of BLOOM posting . The one guy who hopefully will gain more and more traction
into the offseason, spring training , and beyond is Rob Cerfolio . He is going to be a key guy in this organization moving forward.

For those diehard Cardinal fans, you can gain more info by going to youtube and watch some in-depth interviews and learn his approach .

Wouldn’t be surprised if Bloom names him the GM. Hopefully they create a team like Luhnow/Stearns did.

Mentioned that myself earlier this year . Agree ! Based on his background and what he did with Cleveland Guardians, this is a guy you want to keep around .
Of course , down the road this is the type guy who could become a POBO himself as he keeps rising up the MLB ladder.

Bloom offered him a job in Boston, and he declined.
He accepted the job when Bloom
came to the Cardinals and asked him again, on the recommendation of his Yale University college coach
