Shoulder impingement that could keep him out a good month or two is my prediction

Re: Arenado to IL
I am hoping the young man’s back can hold up through this stint. Weeks, Month, EOY.
That’s my biggest take away from this audition / fill-in.

Keep in mind that Gorman is just 23. Most 23 year olds are in AA. The guy has power. If he were 27 I'd say he is getting his last chance, but at his age he has time to really become a good player.

Is Gorman back from his injury? Hope so, now is his time.
Re: Arenado to IL
He's the corresponding roster move to Nado -> IL
And Gorman is 25, not 23 (to bretto).

Okay Norman.
Now's your chance to impress the incoming POBO at your natural position.

Re: Arenado to IL
Actually he’s 25 but your point still holds. He has 3 more years of team control which are all Arb. Years.
Which means if he struggles his Arb. cost is lower.
If he hits he pays for himself.
Gorman really isn’t blocking anyone at the moment.
Next year?? If they can’t move Arenado you add Wetherholt.
Donovan probably winds up in LF.
I think Nootbaar gets dealt this offseason before Gorman and possibly even Burleson?
