Maybe it’s just me, but I can’t believe CC had been with Minn for nearly 4 years. Where does the time go?

Also, Houston is looking pretty good

So how much $$ did the Twins eat?

Over / under on half the remaining contract? $50M?

He didn't really give a shart about the Rams. We are Chicago Bears fans! #BearDown

Cant blame HOU for moving on without the washed up has-been Nado, Cards are so stuck with this clown :x

Even Goldy was still productive as Nado's current age. Trash

Yeah I can't believe it's been 4 years either. Not sure if current version of CC actually makes Houston that much better. We'll see.

Yep. Correa is also 30, and had a 900 OPS last year.

Historically, it's typical for players to decline at Nado's age. The outlier was Goldschmidt who might have been using roids.

Yes, fair, but this swift of a drop off? Power typically ages the best, not with this pouty clown. I think the whole MLB can see this and said no thanks.

I cant speak on Goldy

Arenado could have been a part of that playoff run, but he knew better, apparently.

He won't see the post-season again as long as he stays in St. Louis.

Now who's doing the nostalgic reunion tour? Who's next, Dallas Kuechel? Verlander?

Yep. Correa is also 30, and had a 900 OPS last year.
And a .704 OPS this year.
And .711 the year before last.
I'd say he was overpaid. Signed thru 2028 at $33M per, so you'd think the Twinkies had to eat some of it.

The Astros had to get a firm verbal commitment that he would play 3rd base for the Astros. Without him agreeing to play 3rd base, it was a no go for Houston and we will never know if they would have flipped to Arenado had Correra said NO dice.
