Cornwell gets it 1-2 with a nice swing and miss on his change up. Spikes a curveball for 2-2 then they decide to go curveball again and he hangs it. Batter singles

Comebacker to Cornwell and he traps the runner between 2nd/3rd.

They get the out at 3rd then absolutely hose the runner trying to get to 2nd but umpire called him safe

You pick up the curve right out of his hand but apparently he's throwing it 25% of the time this season. Yikes no wonder he's got a 7 era

Severe Storms in Daytona, Game starts in 30 minutes, but Lightning has wrecked the start....under delay....storm over Daytona won't move out for a several minutes, then the 30 minute timer starts after a Lightning strike...this might take a while. Stay tuned.

This McDermott has nice velocity with a smooth delivery but keeps slowing down his whole body when he's throwing his curveball
