How good would a Barrett Jackman in his prime look on this Blues’ defense? Big, tough, physical guy with an edge. The Blues have that in Tucker, but definitely could use another. Is there a team out there with that type of defenseman who might like to get a bit more offensive that would swap for Faulk?

Jackman topped 80 PIM 9 times in his career including years of 190 and 156. His last season in STL, he totaled 97. That’s a lot these days. He was plenty bad enough.

Arber Xhekaj would be the guy I’d like to see in the Bluenote. Obviously a 6-7 type Dman who has averaged 14-15 minutes of TOI with Montreal, but he is a physical presence and a true heavyweight in the league.
