This is not the same situation as Quenneville who was not covered by a collective bargaining agreement as these five are. Nor is it apparent that it's similar to Mailleux in that I do not believe he was covered under the cba since he had not signed a contract. There could be pushback from the players representatives pushing the pa to arbitrate the discipline or risk them suing the PA for a breach of duty of fair representation.

That was the entire basis of the case guy. How the hell do you think he got off? He blew over the limit that night and his truck smashed into a building. He fled the scene in his vehicle and on foot. Witnesses placed him in the drivers seat and his lawyer fought hard to dismiss/discount them…which he did.

You think he was found not guilty by saying, yes your honor…I was wasted, then drove away after smashing into that building…then abandoned my truck and took off on foot. Hahahaha
