I can’t see how he can pitch again - just freaking DFA him only 3 million

I'm with Oli on this. Fedde doesn't give us a chance to win and hasn't in many moons.
I only wish they'd see it more seriously with Mikolas, too.

Re: Postgame Oli on Fedde
If that's the case and he left him out there to intentionally get torched and put the game out of reach then, well, still a stupid strategy. lolBaseball Savant wrote: ↑22 Jul 2025 22:41 pm Not good enough and I’ve had enough was the message

Should have pulled after the first batter or two reached in the 3rd but oh well I've b*tched about it 10x now so I'm out. lol

I'm not holding my breath, but I do find it interesting that Leahy got stretched out today, and McGreevy's still here.hmoss859 wrote: ↑22 Jul 2025 22:50 pmDon't count on that he is owed 7 millionStrummer Jones wrote: ↑22 Jul 2025 22:46 pm I'm with Oli on this. I don’t think it’s a crazy dream. Even they can see they can’t send Fedde out to pitch at Busch next week; there would be a riot.
A small, unenthusiastic, heavily-discounted riot, but still a riot.
Re: Postgame Oli on Fedde
Even if we had, we probably would’ve gotten someone back, we weren’t happy with at this point

Re: Postgame Oli on Fedde
I bet they trade (at least) two relievers at the deadline. Once they do, Fedde heads to the bullpen. Mo will claim they need the arm. And a role change will benefit him.
McGreevy will stay and take Fedde's spot. Leahy will provide spot starts to alleviate Liberatore's innings.

also wildcards.
In the 2023 sell. Rom was one of the returns for
at least a partial reason to provide some immediate
Innings. A similar piece could happen again.

Re: Postgame Oli on Fedde
My first impression of Fedde turned out to accurate.
"How does he get anyone out with that [shirt] he throws?"

Thank you.
Leahy can cover 3 innings just as easily as Fedde.
