McGreevy pitched in Colorado in 2024

2024
Rangers at home
Rockies on road
Giants on road
2025
Mets at home
Dodgers at home
White Sox on road
Cubs at home
Rockies on road
Then if they haven’t Been protecting him the whole season……then stick him in rotation and be done with it. My contention is that Coors is a pitchers Mindphuck and not the BEST place to Throw coming out of AAA
Does 3 games at home and the Whitesox seems equal to Coors?

I'd say Mozeliak is doing the kid a favor.

Go get'em Mack.
BLAKE Street Bullies jcg.

The BROAD street Bullies were the Flyers.
I believe it was "Blake Street Bombers" and dates to the late 1990"s.

BUT baby Libby and keep the BP pitchers in the starting rotation. Why not pitch McGreevy in AZ and let Miles take the beating in CO??
Curves, sliders, sweepers are the pitches most impacted by Coors because they don't break as much as normal.
They make up about 25% of McGreevy's pitches.
He primarily relies on 4 seam FB's, sinkers, and change ups - which is exactly what you want to throw there.

Exactly as I correctly analyzed.

8 ground ball outs in 6 innings - including a DP.

For sure.
I know it’s the Rockies but I like the way he competes on the mound.

And yet he'll be out of the rotation for the usual suspects next time through

At least I got the 'Street' part right. Dante Bichette, Larry Walker, Andres Galarraga, and Vinny Castilla were the primary bombers.

I think Goldfan is either related to him, the president of his fan club, or going Shady on him.

So let’s put him rotation and leave him there and find a couple more either in minors or trade. Watching Miles, Fedde, and Pallante has long run its course

It all worked out but one of the best criticisms of Oli is how he uses his rotation.

My post was about putting this staff in best position to WIN games. Not that McGreevy was going to lose in CO. Oli screwed up scheduling with those Cubs series and apparently has no plan coming out the all-star break.
GET MILES and FEDDE out of rotation!!!
