If the Cards pack it in become sellers at the deadline
There is no way Mo makes the moves. If it is a dump it is done for building next year's team. Has to be Bloom's job correct? Since this is his future not Mo's. My guess is if the Cards give up on this year (which think they should) then Mo's job is over. No way they let him make moves like that for 2026 without Bloom's approval. Hopefully they'll lose about 5 or 6 more in a row then we've seen and heard the last of Mo.

Mo is delusional enough to think he is doing a good job. He won't go quietly.

This is correct. His arrogance and need for control will not allow him to step aside. Even when common sense dictates it.MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 18:17 pm Mo is delusional enough to think he is doing a good job. He won't go quietly.

He is an arrogant snob who needs to be sent home to his beautiful family...but he does have 2,000,000 reasons to stay!MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 18:17 pm Mo is delusional enough to think he is doing a good job. He won't go quietly.

Mo will never give up on his team as long as it is still possible for them to go all the way.
By going all the way, I mean getting to 85 wins. It's a long-shot, maybe, but not out of the question.
And they got so close last year. It must have been frustrating for him. I can't say I blame him for wanting another shot to prove himself.

I think mo will do the dumbest thing he can possibly do and keep all of them on a hope and prayer all of the other teams collapse and the cardinals sneak into the third wild card

I won’t rest easy until he’s all the way out the door
He still has plenty of time to set this team back more than what he already has

Mozeliak has been clear that he is running the trade deadline strategy.Dewey Kuey wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 17:29 pm There is no way Mo makes the moves. If that is so and Mo makes the decisions for Bloom's team next year and DeWitt allows it, this front office is more (bleep) up than even I thought it was. This will not help with the 2026 plan and makes no sense what so ever. This year's team is going nowhere but to hang around .500. as was predicted. An Old Friend wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 20:31 pmMozeliak has been clear that he is running the trade deadline strategy.Dewey Kuey wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 17:29 pm There is no way Mo makes the moves. It’s what he said in a recent interview with Woo.Dewey Kuey wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 21:16 pmIf that is so and Mo makes the decisions for Bloom's team next year and DeWitt allows it, this front office is more (bleep) up than even I thought it was. You guys are funny. Decisions on trades are a team job. Scouts, Mo, Bloom, DeWitt, others. DeWitt obviously has the final say on anything and Mo probably can not overrule Bloom at this point.
Wonder how long before you all turn on Bloom. Guessing the first time he deals someone who has a hot month.

If he turns out to be Mo 2.0, yeah, he will be blasted on here.AZ_Cardsfan wrote: ↑21 Jul 2025 21:41 pm You guys are funny. Decisions on trades are a team job. Scouts, Mo, Bloom, DeWitt, others. DeWitt obviously has the final say on anything and Mo probably can not overrule Bloom at this point.
