Lot of commentary here about how we missed so badly in recent drafts.
Last offseason Goold reported how the Cardinals had slashed minor league development coaching staff during Covid and never replaced them. Pointed out the Brewers had 17 minor league coaches dedicated to player development vs 5 for the Cardinals during 2024.
With that information, do you think Flores and team have drafted poorly since Covid years or has the problem been on the development side?
