Does John Kelly go into the rafters?
I grew up with Ken Wilson, but Kelly converted me. If it was up to a vote, I'd vote yes.

+1
I'm a big Kerber fan, I thought we had 2 of the best PBP guys in the business but it still won't be the same without JK.

Of course he does.
Re: Does John Kelly go into the rafters?
Absolutely not. Dan's there because he is a Hall of Fame broadcaster, who tragically passed.

You fire a guy and then pay him the highest honor?
I guess you can.
Blues screwed this up.

Dan Kelly had way more national prominence than JK, so probably not. I'm going to miss him though. I don't like the move.

Another no for me as well.

I think he should. If you break the two decade mark you should get enshrined.

No way.
John Kelly is a good PBP guy….but his Dad was widely considered THE BEST by everyone involved in the game at the time of his death. Big difference IMO.

We will see….
“John Kelly’s legacy as the television voice of the Blues will forever be treasured and respected,” Zimmerman said. “John holds a place of high honor with the St. Louis Blues, and we plan to pay tribute to John and his amazing career calling our games in the season ahead. John Kelly will always be part of our family.”

Re: Does John Kelly go into the rafters?
The rafters should be reserved for the greats, so only Dan. John was great, but most remembered as an extension of his Father. Who wouldn't be honored enough to have your Dad up there, really?
However, John Kelly and the Kelly family deserved a fitting farewell, and they did not get that. Shame on the Blues.
