This rumor says Kyrou to Habs

Makes no sense to me. Kyrou has a NT clause. Why would he approve? He would be a huge overpay unless more than Byrum is coming back.

If you read that, it says Canadians still trying, not us.Galatians221jb1 wrote: ↑06 Jul 2025 13:14 pm https://x.com/nhlrumourreport/status/19 ... 65319?s=46

S*** in one hand wish in the other, see which one fills up first
Re: This rumor says Kyrou to Habs
I dont see it as a big reach that Kyrou may still be in play. He's probably bent out of shape that the team was listening to offers for him, and may well give the green light to a deal. One thing is for sure: nobody on this forum knows the answer.

Re: This rumor says Kyrou to Habs
Because you like your current situation better is one reason. That’s why you have clauses. To weigh options and have some choiceAtillaTheBlue1 wrote: ↑06 Jul 2025 14:54 pmwhy stay where ur not wanted, and has been called out 2 times by management n past 2 seasonsGalatians221jb1 wrote: ↑06 Jul 2025 13:14 pm https://x.com/nhlrumourreport/status/19 ... 65319?s=46

If I read that right I took it to mean there are more teams interested in Kyrou. Maybe he wants out as another poster suggested
Re: This rumor says Kyrou to Habs
Why would any one want JK?
He's a coward, he won't hit anybody, he gives up on his mates, he can never succeed at play off hockey and he won't grow his game.
I read here he cost us the Winnipeg series.
What are these rumors about?

Since 2019 the Blues have made it to the 2nd round only once...and they barely made the playoffs last season and then [shirt] the bed in the most embarrassing playoffs since their sweep by the Stars in 1994 (I'd say their sweep by the Avs in 2021, but the Avs were a far better team and the Blues played about as good as they could). He'd be smart to move on. My problem is what the Canadiens have to offer. Dach ain't it. Caufield would be, but why would they trade Caufield?

I'm tired of hearing this.smilinjoefission wrote: ↑06 Jul 2025 17:49 pm Since 2019 the Blues have made it to the 2nd round only once...and they barely made the playoffs last season and then [shirt] the bed in the most embarrassing playoffs since their sweep by the Stars in 1994 (I'd say their sweep by the Avs in 2021, but the Avs were a far better team and the Blues played about as good as they could). THEY LOST DEEP IN DOUBLE OVERTINE OF GAME 7, not in regulation.
The Blues screwed up in one moment at the end of regulation. Other teams have have given up deflating late goals with an empty net at the other end. It happens.
I suspect most fans get that the Blues screwed up defending 6 on 5 but also recognize they battled what was reputed to be a far better team to the bitter end, in 2OT, while utterly embarrassing them and Mr. Hart-Vezina in the three St. Louis games. Wasn't that 17-5?
It's over. Move on.
Re: This rumor says Kyrou to Habs
Reread it and you are correct. I was trying to have some fun with the situation. You would think if there was still a chance Kyrou gets traded that you're holding on to Bolduc.Galatians221jb1 wrote: ↑06 Jul 2025 17:35 pmIf I read that right I took it to mean there are more teams interested in Kyrou. Re: This rumor says Kyrou to Habs
He was offered to several teams. None of those teams wanted him. Maybe they lowballed DA knowing it was his last chance to dump him for half a decade. If the Peterka rumor is true, his value aint incredibly high these days.
Maybe they don't have a Dylan Holloway to show him the way.
We do... so, I think he has a good chance to be awesome again.
