About to be 7.5 games behind Cubs and season is quickly slipping away. Will anyone step up to turn the tide?

So many abysmal failures today. Lack of situational hitting, [shirt]ty defensive catching, bad bullpen, and another avoidable loss.

We don't do that, we don't steal, we don't do anything to put pressure on a defense.
We don't have players who can handle the bat, and other than Scott (who can't hit), we are slow., but even when we have the opportunity we don't do it. Oh yeah, our base running sucks too.

He is. And apparently the pitchers prefer Pages' game calling. There was an article about this in the past few days.

Neither one of them are everyday catchers.

Pages is being overexposed playing everyday.

It really isn't avoidable. The Scrubs have a much better team. Cards have abysmal hitters. Snoot is tied with WillyCon for the team lead of 11, yes, 11, HRs  and now Bumbles has 11

Couldn't agree more, but that's what happens when you only have two hitters in your entire lineup.
True, trying to figure out who the two hitters are.
Did anyone notice when Cardinals were hitting well that 3 of those guys are not playing .. Herrera, Nado, and Walker

Too many weak outs. Slow grounders and shallow pop outs.. But nice one Burly!!

Is it bad that Carson Kelly would lead this team in HR's? :D

Well, I'd say Donovan and Burly, after that...no one.
