if Holliday or Willits or Carlson are available that is your choice over a high school pitcher. No brainer.

I've read that Hernandez has the tools to be the best high school pitching prospect to come along in quite a while. Ace-type stuff.MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 09:01 am if Holliday or Willits or Carlson are available that is your choice over a high school pitcher. No brainer.

Who do you prefer, right now, Burleson or Gorman? And who has the brighter 5-year future as a productive hitter in the MLB?Melville wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 11:02 amThere is only one.Cranny wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 07:48 amAre you Melville?Shady wrote: ↑03 Jul 2025 22:14 pmI guess that's why hundreds of CT posters hang on EVERY word I post. I would go with Doyle or Arnold, if either are available.
If they instead go the position player route, I would lean toward Arquette.

Since one is a 2b/3b and the other is a DH/1B/RF, they are not in competition with one another and address very different team needs.Shady wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 11:05 amWho do you prefer, right now, Burleson or Gorman? They appear to have different hitting approaches. But can you picture Gorman having Burleson's bat to ball skills? Or vice versa, Burleson having Gorman's raw power.Melville wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 11:28 amSince one is a 2b/3b and the other is a DH/1B/RF, they are not in competition with one another and address very different team needs.Shady wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 11:05 amWho do you prefer, right now, Burleson or Gorman? He doesn’t bother me. I post in a variety of topics because it’s fun. I also think it’s fun to troll the troll sometimes and get under his skin more than anyone all while keeping it clean. Not that it bothers me when others don’t as I dig free speech.WLTFE wrote: ↑04 Jul 2025 08:12 amYour post serve an important purpose...I enjoy watching you (bleep) off a few people who see themselves as mods. Not surprised to see this thread turned into Burly yapping and he didn’t respond to any of your guys baseball discussion. Melville drew him in because Shady wanted to troll him. But Mel plays chess, Shady not even good at checkers.
