Evan Rodrigues
Looks like Panthers will have to make some moves or assign someone to LTIR to be under the cap.
Moving E-Rod could be an option, 3mil through 2027.
He could be a solid third line center while DD gets up to speed. Much better than Sunny or Bjugstad. Of course we would have to move some forwards.

Re: Evan Rodrigues
He would be very popular in STL. Never stops moving

High energy and hard nosed. You say 3C but isn’t he an option at 2C? Honest question.Corban84 wrote: ↑02 Jul 2025 10:07 am Looks like Panthers will have to make some moves or assign someone to LTIR to be under the cap.

Re: Evan Rodrigues
Is he a C? I honestly don't remember. Would fee like when we signed Bozak and then got O'Reilly............albeit on a much smaller scale.
Re: Evan Rodrigues
I believe he plays both C and LW
Re: Evan Rodrigues
He's definitely mostly a winger. Not a true C. Maybe he can take a draw every once in awhile
Re: Evan Rodrigues
According the capwages he played RW 93.7% of the time.
Re: Evan Rodrigues
Always loved his game; especially last yrs (2023-24) playoffs..... had him up there with Holloway and Broberg then.
Re: Evan Rodrigues
I wouldn't mind dumping Texier and Joseph and adding Rodrigues and Comtois.
Re: Evan Rodrigues
I don't see we need a second line center. With the move of Bolduc, and the addition of Sunny. 2 Our third line is nothing but the grind.
So we are yet again doubling down on grinding through games
Schenn is a great second line center for the game we'll play.
