Yes, before retirement I held a management position…..of which I was responsible at an expert level to not (bleep) up, excel, and lead
And I’ll readily admit if MO/Bloom require my input to successfully pull off a Trade for a competent SP and hitting OF then we’re in trouble because I don’t follow the rest of the league like I used to. But as I mentioned feel free to share your robust knowledge on this subject with proposals…

So applying your CT approach to your past management involvement we would have seen:
1) Goldfan holds staff meeting with his subordinates.
2) Goldfan tells those subordinates that we have to
“make several impact moves”!
3) Subordinates ask Goldman for input on WHAT to do????
4) Goldman shrugs his shoulders and offers nothing.
5) Subordinates ask again for clarity.
6) Goldman says “Get it done”, leaves the room, and locks himself in his office.
