Beau as starter TE's will shine
PSU had a outstanding TE corps and were big part of their offense last few years as were other B1G teams. Moore has not utilized his TE's as much as he should but have to say that Norfleet's injuries have limited what he could do. With the additions to the room there is a lot of talent there and TE's are a young QB's best friend as relief valves and working the underneath and delay routed. So IF he can stay healthy could be a big year for norfleet and possibly Hoffman who was a top Prospect out of HS and spent a year at IA where they know how to teach their TE's to block. Plus the TP guy who is a excellent receiver.

I would love to see the TE in a more prominent role in the offense. Pinkel made great use of the position with Martin Rucker, Chase Coffman, Michael Egnew then Albert O under Odom. One only needs to watch Travis Kelce and the Chiefs to see how devastating a talented tight end can be as a receiver, not to mention run blocking and pass protection. Norfleet has shown great promise.

MU has several solid TEs on the roster, including two lighter ones.edwin drood wrote: ↑09 Jun 2025 09:08 am I would love to see the TE in a more prominent role in the offense.
If some of the lighter TEs have some speed, why not put them outside as a “tall boy” XR or ZR? Top candidates are:
84 Adam Molitor 6-6 221 Soph Minneapolis, MN
_ Dakotah Terrell 6-8 220 Fr Pocola, OK
Lately Mizzou features too many “smurf” WRs (under 6 foot tall, less than 200 lbs.).
As per roster, the only biggish returning WRs are:
0 Joshua Manning (Jr) 6-2 / 213
81 Noah Flaskamp (Jr) 6-1 / 203
