if somebody comes along and overwhelms the cards for gray I am good with dealing him...this is a team building for a seriously good team in future years...I would love to make the playoffs for sure but am happy to deal gray or helsley or fedde or matz or all of them if the returns are beneficial

Im just waiting for the major announcement of a 5 year Mikolas extension. That'd be a true Mo move.

That's just dumb criticism.

No, its exactly something MO would do. Maybe not a 5 year extension, but I could see him reupping him. (Perhaps not now since he is leaving, but defintely if hw was still going to be here.) Mo thinks of Mikolas in the same vein as M. Carpenter, Waino, Molina. He wants him to be a legacy guy. Insane!
He absolutely does not. You can't be serious, but I think you might be.
No, I kind of think Mo thinks of Mikolas as some sort of fan favorite.
Why? Didn't Mo approach Mikolas about a possible trade in the offseason, for which Mikolas said no? The Cardinals are not re-signing him, and there is zero chance Mo puts him in the same tier as Cardinals HOFers, especially Yadi. That's just not true on any level.
Ok, so I exaggerated on Waino/Yadi.....but MO thinks he has been a really great Cardinal. M. Carpenter was borderline in the "legacy" category, but Mo put him there. I think he views Mikolas the same.

I don't know if he was asked about a possible trade. I never saw that reported.
