What are the Blues doing this Summer to win?

I often hear that the teams that win are the ones that work hardest in the summer, skating and strengthening, etc.

Anybody know what the Blues players are doing this Summer to prepare for next season? Are we doing more this Summer than last?

Is Montgomery or Army monitoring the players? Who is responsible for kicking the necessary A on this?

Here on BluesTalk, nobody knows a _____ thing about what is going on this Summer with player development. I guess Army just forgot to tell us.
