Man alive…the blues aren’t perfect by any stretch but it’s nice to know the goaltending won’t be a problem.

Love this team more by the day. And the Organ-I-zation.
Re: Hofer extended 2yr/3.4m
Just for clarity, it’s $3.4 per year, not total. Not a bad deal at all, though, and he’ll be an RFA at the end

Steady as she goes Doug.......and a shout out to Joel.....fair deal.
Re: Hofer extended 2yr/3.4m
So, where does that leave the Blues with cap space?
Re: Hofer extended 2yr/3.4m
I'm glad I was wrong. I was worried about the 2 year deal because I thought his birthday was June 30th not July. He misses UFA status at the end of the deal by 29 days. Makes me feel better about it for sure.

1.6 million. We already know Krug won't be able to play this year so that does give them room.
I have to imagine one of Texier or Joseph gets traded there just isn't enough room for both of them.
I can also imagine they look for someone to take Leddy as he is redundant as well.
Trading Leddy and Texier gives them an additional 6.1 million to work with.

I never know how to read that on there. Is that including the $6.5 mil LTIR money for Krug? Or in addition to it?LuvthaBlues wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 13:36 pmAbout $9,961,818 going by capwages numbers and 21 of 23 roster spots filled. They have 1 D spot and 1 F spot open with Faksa lsited as UFA.

Righ now they have us at a cap hit of $82,138,182 with LTIR of $6,500,000 and $13,361,818 in space. I just subtracted $3.4 mil from the cap space number to get the reminder. The one thing they don't account for is allowable use of LTIR in the offseason or however that works, I can't remember how teams are allowed to use that space before the season begins.

Good on Armey for getting him at 3.4 aav and a total goalie allocation under 10 mil. Setting up an interesting offseason before 26/27 with both of their contracts up.
