too many starting pitcher injuries in Memphis. They needed the innings covered. They don't care if Plesac works out or not. They're missing Bedell, Thompson, Rom, Robberse. And Graceffo was moved to the Bullpen....it's cluster frick of a rotation right now.

as for Hampson...he's RHB. The others are LHB. We have too many LHB.

I don't like the Hampson signing either....but that's their rationale....side of the plate
