maybe 19th, Jiricheck Bolduc, Stancl

And dump Faulk elsewhere.
Dobson wants to stay in the East. Won’t sign an extension with a team in the West. So unfortunately, the Dobson door is now closed.
I wonder what his reasons are for staying in the East. Family-related or maybe it’s a travel thing. Teams in the West really seem to be at a disadvantage from that perspective, with West Coast and Western Canada trips. I’m sure someone has info on miles traveled per team……maybe I’m wrong. Oh well, turn the page.
Sure. The West Conference travel is a bear. Also, he's from Prince Edward Island, a trip home could be cross-continental from the West Coast or even Edmonton. He appears to have enough leverage to exercise his personal preference.

It’s going to take more than Kyrou to get Dobson. Probably Kyrou, a #1 and a prospect. Provided, of course, Dobson extends.

I'd rather move out 30yr old Buchnevich's $8mill a yr over Kyrou.... but I'd also move the 27yr old Kyrou to Buffalo for the 20yr old Zach Benson and the #9 (Jake O'Brien or Roger McQueen).

It didn't. Two 1sts and a middle 6 winger.

I doubt very many clubs are pining for a guy who got called out for heartless play in a Game Seven only a few weeks ago.
Plus, Dobson may have lowered his return value by eliminating 16 teams.

How are we all going to be if we miss out and end up doing nothing?

The RHD attention now goes to Calgary/Andersson with the Devils lurking in the background ready to trade one of their RHD for winger help.

While I've been very vocal, my prediction has been going into the season with essentially what we have but perhaps with the two-way forward acquisition Army mentioned.

Hoping for some action though! 8)

if we do go for Byram we should only give up Dean and 1st

If Kryou goes then we better be getting more from them

Nublues69 wrote: 27 Jun 2025 08:48 am I have been reading trade rumors all over. Not all the pieces i am placing have been mentioned but which trade would you prefer.

NYI-STL

Kyrou (small add) for Noah Dobson + danny nelson

STL- NJD (my fave)

kyrou FOR Nemec and Mercer

STL- BUF

Kyrou (small add) for Bowen Byram + Jiri Kulich

tell me what you think its a slow day at the office.
None of these make any sense for the Blues. We are either getting player we do not have a need (like more mid tier defensemen) or players far less skilled than Kyrou.
