Dude has some Sutter in him. Not attending the draft because there is work to do on the farm!
If the Blues were to trade up, this is the one guy I would do it for.

The Cup goes through the Western Leagues and the Maritimes. Farmers and Fishermen. They know the value of hard work and team work.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 15:44 pm Dude has some Sutter in him. Not attending the draft because there is work to do on the farm!

That farm of his is no joke. I can see why leaving isn't an easy option. He looks like a helluva kid, character wise, along w/ his talents.bud white wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 16:12 pmThe Cup goes through the Western Leagues and the Maritimes. Farmers and Fishermen. Re: Brady Martin
Would love to have him but going to need a top-5 pick to get him now most likely. Top-7 at the latest IMO as I don’t see how he gets past Philly or Boston.

Re: Brady Martin
I think he's the 3rd best player in the draft and yes, I would take him over Desnoyer and Frondell. I don't see Philly passing on him either. Philly looking to make deals though too.STL fan in MN wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 16:32 pm Would love to have him but going to need a top-5 pick to get him now most likely. Re: Brady Martin
It's wheat harvest time (at least in western kansas). So plenty of extra work.
Re: Brady Martin
He IS a Keith Jones / Rick Tocchet type of a player. Their Cups started with Bobby Clarke and I see a lot of the same character traits.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 16:40 pmI think he's the 3rd best player in the draft and yes, I would take him over Desnoyer and Frondell. He is their type of player for sure. On the other hand, they just traded for a useless pond hockey player that Tocchet might strangle before training camp is over, so who knows!bud white wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 17:04 pmHe IS a Keith Jones / Rick Tocchet type of a player. Re: Brady Martin
I couldn't agree more. Maybe Briere sees something and felt it was worth taking him on as project. Zegras is nowhere close to being a 200 ft. player.Frank Underwood wrote: ↑26 Jun 2025 17:13 pmHe is their type of player for sure.
