The Blues seem to have hit a home run with their recent uniform shakeup. If not, it was a bases clearing triple. Very popular look among all the fan bases.
I would score it an A- with a few items that can help get it to A or A+
(1) The numbers should have outlines - This seems to be the most popular of the negative feedback. Most of these people still like the overall look, but prefer outlines, especially on the home blue jersey. Some comments were that the numbers look "cheap" as planned.
(2) The Blue Note on the home blue jersey needs a white outline, so that it stands out more. The mono look doesn't appear that popular. In fact, a lot of comments/posts about the white jersey being more preferred because the Blue Note looks better on it.
(3) The Pants need the matching stripes from the Blue Jersey IMO. Instead, the pants are going to be a mono Blue. No stripes. I don't think a lot of people noticed this, because the angles of all the pictures and videos didn't really show it from a side view. Haven't heard any comments pro or against it. I will reserve absolute judgement until I see what they look like in action.
(4) Not a big one... but on the blue jersey, I would make the name-on-back a white font (with Number staying yellow) so that the Name and Number both stand out more. But again, not a deal breaker, just a preference.
Will be very interested to see what their future plans are for the 3rd jersey. Just about the only era they haven't covered in terms of throwbacks, winter classics, etc. would be the early 90s Hull-Shanahan-CUJO era look. Considering how popular the Blues became during that time period, I think it would be a big hit.

Re: New Uniforms: The misses
Those are basically my feelings on them. Outlines on the numbers. White around the logo at home. I prefer the pant stripes but I don't think that's a huge deal. I'd also prefer a more standard athletic block font for the names. But all said I think it's a really nice, tasteful rebrand. I love all of the ancillary logos.

They tried to stay true to the original 1967 uni --- and succeeded. The only thing they missed on the originals was the names on the back, which didn't appear until Blues' 3rd or 4th year, but no way do you not put names on players' backs today, unless you're the Red Sox, Giants, or Yankees.
