np....and he HAS to be Top 10...or really close...like top 12? Our minor league system is getting better...slowly but surely. Emergence of Baez, Padilla, Henderson, Rodriguez really helps.

I'd like for the 10-20's to be quite a bit stronger....more 45 and 45+ ranks. Watch for Luis Gastelum going forward....reliever, but he's got strong Fastball/Change up combo...he might crack the Top 20. We'll see.
