its called rolling with Schenn one more year with Devo at 3rdC. If Devo proves hes good enough midway through season maybe he takes 2c from schenn. If he needs more time in the AHL or the envision him more as a winger(which I did hear somewhere) then I could see a trade close to the deadline.

The top 9 outside of a center spot is filled idk if DD beats out a winger. He'd have to really impress to earn a spot out of camp could happen but it's 50/50 at best

At least as of now the Blues do not envision Dvorsky as a wing. They want him as a future Top 6 center.

Yep. And Army said they'll start him on wing as it would be the best for him to get acclimated to the NHL game (set up for success). But he'll be a center. It would be great if he could play with Schenn on wing. Or if we could bring back the 2019 version of Bozak.

It appears they'll use the Thomas method to bring him along. Good plan.

Yeah, he's about as untouchable in the organization as it gets, as far as prospects go.

It would have to be a pretty ridiculous offer to move him, including bringing back a top 6 center.
