Here is my #1:

If the current Blues roster and prospects have a lazy unproductive offseason, don't improve, and start the year playing .500 hockey.

Everyone seems to forget that Army erupted and was on the verge of nuking the roster late last season because of their play. There is at least a 75% chance that the mediocre team returns next year.
