Burleson is making you look foolish. Just like you are with your worthless contributions here.scoutyjones2 wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 13:39 pm[fork] offShady wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 13:38 pmFuture All Star, Maybe?vegascardsfan5890 wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 13:34 pm Don't look now but he's the current team leader in average and OPS

The posters who judge a book by it’s cover are nowhere to be seen.
Re: Burleson
You can’t deny that the way Burleson is swinging the bat he could be cementing his spot in the lineup.
Also....with Herrera emerging more and more as the everyday DH and WC at 1B that makes him a regular corner OF.
Nice problem to have and of course opens up trade possibilities.

Re: Burleson
I’m here. Not a hater but don’t see him as the anointed one like you guys.
He was pacing even better last year in the first half, then turned back into the bench/role player pumpkin he is. Never learned to play OF defense either. Not a bad thing, he belongs in MLB. It’s just you guys see an MVP. Go ahead and flame away.

Re: Burleson
Nobody's talking "MVP".
Just a viable bat on a team that isn't exactly loaded with them.
Just a viable bat on a team that isn't exactly loaded with them.
Re: Burleson
You started the “Burly is a Star” threads in early 2022. He was terrible in 2022 and 2023, and mediocre in 2024. So now you can say he’s hitting very well but he’s still the slowest guy on the team and horrible defensively, so let’s calm down.Shady wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 13:38 pmFuture All Star, maybe?vegascardsfan5890 wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 13:34 pm Don't look now but he's the current team leader in average and OPS

Re: Burleson
I wouldn’t say “nobody” many see him as a good role player or potential every day player with defensive limitations and good bat.11WSChamps wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 14:13 pm Nobody's talking "MVP".

On the other hand… the short memory ones gloating on this thread, expect a line at the altar of Burly begging forgiveness for ever doubting. And we’re all supposedly now hiding and cowering in fear.

No! We must bask in his eternal glory. A JAG is having a nice streak…MVP! MVP!ClassicO wrote: ↑21 Jun 2025 14:13 pmYou started the “Burly is a Star” threads in early 2022.
