That would seem a huge gamble for the Brewers but, if Nola recovers well, it would likely cement Central Division for the Brewers. Nola's contract is huge. That alone would seem to dissuade Milwaukee, but here they are talking.
Frankly, the closer I read this article, I don't see any confirmation that the Brewers are actually in this hunt. This might be a puff situation dreamed up by the author....
