Double A Cards to watch?
I'm going to Springfield Saturday to watch the AA Cardinals. I follow the farm very casually so I'm looking for some insight from those who follow minor league ball closely. I'm excited to see Wetherholt. Who are the other exciting players I should keep an eye on?

Along with Wetherholt…
C Leonardo Bernal
OF Joshua Baez
OF Chase Davis
Top 2 especially along with Wetherholt.

Re: Double A Cards to watch?
I agree on 3 of the 4. Chase Davis has been looking inept; the worse part is his wild, uppercut swing (and mostly miss).
It’s too early to call him a first round bust but he needs major modifications of his swing.
Baez will surprise with his speed-power-size combo.

You’ll have fun. Always a good time at Hammons.

Jack Ralston is worth a mention. I have no idea why he's never been promoted to AAA.

Good point. He's doing a great job out of the bullpen.cardstatman wrote: ↑19 Jun 2025 20:55 pmJack Ralston is worth a mention. I have no idea why he's never been promoted to AAA.

Thanks for the information. I appreciate this

BP...Velez, Berrios, Gastelum (kid is going to be really good. Wipe out change up makes the pundits drool), Raquet, Ralston, Love are fun to watch.
with Hence in the rotation, the entire rotation is fun.....you miss Roby, but it's still cranking out W's. Rincon, Mautz, Henderson, Hansen, Hence.

Watched the end of today’s game after the Cardinals game. They clinched the first half title. Saw Weatherholt walk and Bernal and Baez with hits during the small period I got to see. My understanding is Hence was activated and assigned to Springfield.3-2 Fastball wrote: ↑19 Jun 2025 13:42 pm I'm going to Springfield Saturday to watch the AA Cardinals.
