Really dont have much homwrun hitters. Confreras had a slow start and will probably pick it up more. Gorman also has homerun potential. But arenado aint that guy and more and burleson is more a contact hitter with only moderate power. Donovan is a great hitter but not a homerun guy.

Lineup decisions and injuries- not the stadium (home or road) - are suppressing HR's.
The team's best power hitter - Gorman - is 11th in PA's.
The one player who has surprisingly surpassed his previous power profile - Herrera - is 10th.
Both would be in double digits if in the primary daily lineup since the beginning if the season.

Much has been said about how few home runs the Cardinals hit. While I knew that was true, I saw something yesterday that really drove the point home to me. Jose Altuve has hit more home runs than any Cardinal this season. Yes, 5'6", 35-year-old Jose Altuve. He would be the "big bat" in our lineup if he were here.

He plays in the Houston Homer Haven also. But your point is taken. To be fair, 1982 Cards, next to dead last in Homers and won the World Series against Harvey's Wallbanger's. Just get the hits and run the bases good. Live by the Homer die by the Homer.
