The plan was to rid /sell Goldie Mik and Matz. One happened. The plan is still to sell Mik and Matz. Both will bring a nice prospect under blooms guys.

Then, off season add one big bat. Left or third. Play. Off season 2026 add TOR starter. League level.

2027- power house.

Patience men.
How will that fit into the budget, Dawg?
I see you're still on the job cranny, BDWJr's chief wallet protector.

BTW, the 2026 "budget" needs to be in the $175-180M range.
If our budget goes up to that with cuts and trades, I easily see us relevant in 2027.
Bingo

Plus a much smarter baseball man in the POBO office than the one who's wasted so much money the last decade.
Bloom needs to attain the same overall successful track record that MO has had over the last 30 years. Sure hope he will.
Not 30 years but after he took over Mo rode the coat tails of what first Walt left him and then second TLR/Albert & Company.

Once that regimes DNA was gone, he's floundered miserably.

Bloom may indeed flop.

But change should've came years ago, just glad BDWJr finally realized it...... too bad he was so late in doing so.
Some guys seem to play the same 45 RPM record over and over until it gets scratchy and skips.
"45 RPM", what is that?

But speaking of broken records, they name is cranny.
45 RPM, oh yeah, that's the spin rate of a really bad knuckleball. The hitter often skips it over the wall and the P gets scratched for his next start ............................ oh [shirt], who am I kidding, I remember them. Made decent little frisbees.
They were stacked on a 45 rpm record player as we turned out lights in the rathskeller and danced cheek to cheek to them.
OMG, that's so suggestive. You do know there's younger generations on here. Shame on you.

Beyond Walker. Five key players development for that to happen. Wetherholt, Saggese, Mathews, Roby and Hence.
Really hate to count on walker, he does nothing well
If you are curious about the reason for your unpopularity on this board here is Exhibit A. Creating sock puppets and having conversations with yourself is pathetic and annoying. Knock it off.
you obviously have me mixed up with someone else, it appears that you may be a special needs person,
You are dealing with one of the many suffering from SDS. Shady Derangement Syndrome. It's like talking to a fence post.
I am beginning to think you must have slept with most of their wives and girlfriends
Shady, my wife is nearing the end of a long battle with cancer, you pathetic piece of s---.
I am very sorry to learn that about your wife. Cancer is horrible. I'll try to reason with you again. I am not Honky Tonk Man. He is not me. Nor did I have any racist socks. People need to consider how fragile life is before they harass others on a message board.

Sigh...another thread with Mo in the title...and his lap dogs come yapping to protect him!...most people don't have time to be so vigilant and argue with so many posters

Yeah at this point I don’t want him touching a (bleep) thing. He does not need to create any more messes for bloom to fix

Why not Otani? He can do both with a single roster spot and we don’t have to wait for him to develop.

The op mentioned getting a power bat and stud arm. Mo isn't pulling that off. And it makes little sense for him to lead any trade deal considering he's leaving.

To summarize this 7 page OP:
With only a few exceptions pretty much EVERY GM in baseball is looking for a “stud pitcher” AND a “power bat”.
Good luck Bloom/MO!!!
