Jordan Walker is active and in the lineup today. Michael Siani was optioned to Memphis. Brendan Donovan will take BP today, if all goes well, he’ll be back in the lineup on Sunday. Cardinals want to give Nootbaar off until Tuesday, but will use him starting Sunday if needed.

Next Fri-Sun the Reds are in STL .... get ready for the revenge of Ryan Vilande! I am half kidding, but history has shown that ex cards sometimes come back and play better than they ever did for the Cards.

After those 3 games the dreaded Northsiders are in town for four games. Not sure how that'll go. Hopefully not a beatdown.

In the first game Walker was 0 for 4 with 3 strikeouts. He still seems streaky.
