Mo has just mailed in this season.

The c r a p he's been bringing up for the bullpen, while leaving Andre Granillo (looked darn good) in Memphis until last night, plus these horrible callups like Vilade and now Sinai proves he's already checked out and is just going through the motions.

Just quietly leave at the ASB Mo and hand the keys over to C. Bloom.
Again, who should be brought up for the outfield. Appreciate the whining but offering no solution proves it's just whining.

funny how Granillo looked darn good until...
Was the purpose of this season to “see what you have in the kids” or wasn’t it? You know what you have in Michael Siani.

This organization just cannot decide on a direction and stay with it.
Siani is 25. There is no depth in the minors...

I don't see you offering suggestions or solutions to help improve this team with "the kids." What kids aren't getting a chance from the minors for the OF?

I want to see young players promoted to the MLB club this year who actually have a high upside and have a chance of being an All Star someday. Do we have any of those type of players at AAA? Anyone? Buehler? If not, then please trade away Arenado, Fedde, Mikolas, Matz, Helsley, Burleson, Sagesse and Crooks to bring back some of those high upside young players.

So who should be called up? One thing to (bleep) and moan and make statement like "The minors is full of outfielders and we have to suffer through Vilade and now Siani again?" but offer no solution.

I am sure you are too clueless to realize Siani is hitting 263/348/451/800 at Memphis...

Meanwhile, Argo keeps sinking to depth not seen before:

June, 9 games: 120/290/120/410
Since being given the day off on Sunday Scott is hitting .273/.467/.273.

Nootbaar has a .389 OPS in June btw. He’s 1 for his last 24.
LMAO...this is fun... 3 for 13 since Saturday...230 average (5 games)

last 7 games 167/375/167/542

last 15 games: 100/265/100/365

last 30 games: 176/290/200/490
Nootbaar OBP /OPS/fWAR
Last 7 games: .188/.225 /-0.3 (VS2: 0.1)
Last 15 games: .279/.546 /-0.2 (VS2: -0.1)
Last 30 games: .297/.639 /0.0 (VS2: 0.2)
Great, Noot sucking now too. What does that have to do with Siani taking time from Argo?

Argo is

11 out of 16 MLB CFers in AVE
7 out of 16 in OBP
15 out of 16 in SLG
13 out of 16 in OPS
5th in SB's! Dude can steal...only Cardinal on the team with success
9th in WAR...dude can play D

Siani can hit in Memphis. That's your play? LOL As for who could they call up? I don't follow the minors but I'm sure some could show you some examples of people that deserve a try and could be much better. Like I said, if not then go out and make a trade. Stop putting these no hit turds in the starting lineup.

I mean they could at least try to look like they care about winning. This is sad.

Should have promoted Antico or Church.
Yes....or the bat boy. Try something new at least.
Right. Sometimes change can keep the interest up.
McGee was just a short term until he became the CF. Albert was just supposed to fill in for a while and look at how that turned out. I mean, give some people a chance instead of running out these effing cast offs that couldn't make it with other teams. FFS.

I get the lack of excitement over Vilade and a repeat appearance for Siani but I view this as very temporary at best.
Walker figures to be back in a matter of days regardless of whom is brought up.
Might as well not mess with Church, etc?

No, that's not my play. But Argo isn't hitting up here and no need for Villade...why not Siani? Who else can they call up to take over in CF and keep the defensive above average?

So you just like to criticize but not do any investigation who else could be a possible solution...got it.

The Cards are full of non hitting players. Nothing to get worked up over in the minors.

I agree. Let’s give Siani another chance. Excellent defense bat may surprise us.

I just assumed that Walker would take the spot of whoever replaced him.
Might as well let those other guys with higher upside keep getting regular AB’s until their time for regular PT comes.

Siani is a bench piece. I'm more concerned about regression through most the starting nine. Contreras trending up, Burleson holding at .750 or so, but it's been tough for the rest. Donovan and Herrera are leveling off after hot starts and that production hasn't been replaced.

You just never know when you give a young player a chance. As I said, McGee and Albert both were just supposed to fill in. Enough with Siani, he was given a lot of rope and he hung himself with it. I don't care if they bring up a young guy and give him a chance. Siani failed in Cincy and he failed in St Louis. Enough with the love for a no hit CF that plays a little above avg defense. They keep running these cast offs out there because they're cheap. They don't want to start the clock on a young guy. You know it and I know it. Gorman should go to the minors, everyone knows it. Noot isn't cutting it, everyone knows it. While Arenado is struggling toward the end of his career, at least he was a star. Who the hell wants to pay money to watch Siani or Vlade play. Not me.

Siani was just brought up because they needed an OFer. It’s not like Oli declared him a starter.

Siani barely played in April
