I realize Contreras' run isn't critical but shouldn't he have scored on that hit?

arenado is a pop-up machine. even that "hit" yesterday was just a pop-up to left field, but with no left fielder

also on replay was 3rd base coach waving him in or just dropping his hand from stopping him? What did the coach do?
