Anybody been to O'B Que's in Chesterfield? That might be my favorite BBQ place right now. Curious if anybody else has tried it and what your goto BBQ place is.
I'm just not big on smoked meats and that's like 98% of what's out there.
I still don't get it.
I like my own bbq better than what I can find elsewhere!
My in-laws live out there and they swear by it. I was a little bit skeptical when I heard that it’s basically located in a gas station, but then they ordered a bunch for dinner one night. Definitely good stuff!

God, it's been forever since I've been to Zia's on the Hill.
It's the best Tutto Mare in St. Louis.
Haven't had Zia's Tutto Mare but my goto for that is Erio's in St. Peters...its phenomenal.
Interesting…..going to try that! Best I have had recently? Massa’s in Ballwin. That building looks like they are out of business from the outside, but I have had Tutto Mare twice in the past 3 months or so. The first time was phenomenal, with a crazy amount of seafood in it. Second time was a little disappointing by comparison, but still very good. Need to go back for the tie breaking third time.
Talk about looking out of business, have you been to the OG Massa's in Bridgeton? We used to go there in the late 80's for high school dinners. It's hard to get to and tiny, but it's always packed still.
