SEC Baseball: Ouch!

Since MU had a historically bad baseball season, I was hoping other SEC teams would have a good showing in the NCAA tournament.
Thirteen SEC teams made it into the 2025 NCAA baseball tournament.
Only four advanced to the Super Regionals. (Tennessee, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU)

Tennessee and Arkansas play each other, so one of them will advance to the CWS in Omaha.

Pretty shocking. Baseball is funny though, it’s possible for upsets like this especially when it’s tourney time. Lots of parity. A good pitcher has a day and gets enough run support mid majors can take down the best teams.

That said, disappointing post season for the SEC.
