Claibs is the worst example of LAZY DEI that gives it its bad name. They wanted/needed a male black announcer to replace the late great Bill Wilkerson. I have no problem with that. There are plenty of qualified candidates who fit that bill. However, instead of putting in the work, they took the easy way and pick Claiborne. He checked the boxes. Done. Of course, Ricky Horton is ALSO a lazy DEI pick.

It’s not 22-23 any more. Adolis Garcia hasn’t been good for over a year. THAT’S why he isn’t playing. Shannon could say some wild things sometimes, but the man did his homework.

Horton and Claibs shouldn't be anywhere near a microphone doing PBP.

Yes, they are bad. I get the chance to listen to a lot of out of market broadcasts. Claibs and Horton are worse than any I have heard. Somebody is just not paying attention. Between the poor on-air personalities and the poor PR / communication messaging, the Cards need a new Marketing Team. Chip, Rooney, Sweeney, Hayes, Warmann, Datt are all fine. But man, Brad, Claibs, Horton gotta go.
