Douglas Army hasn't stocked the Blues with any TOP5 picks. The last time that we had a TOP5 was 2019. What happened that year?

Can you ever get enough of the TOP5's really? Just ask Washington fans. After 20+ years, they still dread the day that Ovechkin retires. Just look at the fan experience. It's obvious when teams love their fans, versus when they are just chasing ticket sales.

Wasn't that 12-game winning streak really special? When you compare that to the 20+ years of Ovechkin, they are nearly equal in fan love.
