Hacking Employer's Menus Comes Back to Bite Disgruntled Employee
To the tune of 3 years in Club Fed and a $700,000 fine from The Happiest Place On Earth. https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2025/04 ... ant-menus/

I’ve been to Disneyworld 3 different times, staying on property every time, totaling 13 days.Pink Freud wrote: ↑24 Apr 2025 15:16 pm To the tune of 3 years in Club Fed and a $700,000 fine from The Happiest Place On Earth. https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2025/04 ... ant-menus/
I’ve never eaten a good meal there yet.

I went to a developer conference at Disneyland a few years ago and had the same experience. Food was horrendous!Bomber1 wrote: ↑30 Apr 2025 12:43 pmI’ve been to Disneyworld 3 different times, staying on property every time, totaling 13 days.Pink Freud wrote: ↑24 Apr 2025 15:16 pm To the tune of 3 years in Club Fed and a $700,000 fine from The Happiest Place On Earth. https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2025/04 ... ant-menus/

I ate at Cat Cora's restaurant at the height of her fame (circa 2010), and it was a nice meal you could get pretty much anywhere.edwin drood wrote: ↑30 Apr 2025 19:04 pmI went to a developer conference at Disneyland a few years ago and had the same experience. The Epcot restaurants served cynical tourist trap food.

Agreed. Decades ago my in-laws laws took everyone in the family to Disney Florida. That’s the only way i would have gone, on someone else’s dime.Bomber1 wrote: ↑30 Apr 2025 12:43 pmI’ve been to Disneyworld 3 different times, staying on property every time, totaling 13 days.Pink Freud wrote: ↑24 Apr 2025 15:16 pm To the tune of 3 years in Club Fed and a $700,000 fine from The Happiest Place On Earth. https://www.orlandosentinel.com/2025/04 ... ant-menus/

One evening D.h and I took ourselves away from the family group to dine at the Cinderella Castle. This was supposed to be their best cuisine. It was…not good. Needless to say all of the other meals we had there were subpar.
This trip was memorable for the truly bad food. I don’t think the kids noticed though.
