Leahy, King, Maton, JoJo, Helsley

Great job by the pitchers .. all 5 held lead
+1 not an oil fan but he did a good job today
I read or heard a stat last year that he was one of the top bullpen managers in 2024. Tried researching it but I was to dumb to figure it out.
the BP was lights out last year. I credit it for our winning record. Kittredge, Romero, Helsley, Libby, Fernandez, and King were insanely good

Yea it was paint by numbers for him last season. Not so much this season because not even helsely has been lights out but rotation has been very good during this stretch limiting the bullpen moves and Maton Matz and lehay have been lights out but oli isn’t quite as bad still makes dumb moves though

Every manager can be said that he makes dumb moves. Easy for someone to criticize.

Why are they playing in this weather?

Early season Mikolas is back ... and it ain't a good thing.
People need to develop some patience, 2 days in a row with the board assuming defeat.

Marmol has grown as a manager this year, no doubt. Pulling Mikolas after 4 was maybe a move he wouldn't have made his first couple of years. He's trusting his eyes more now. And that also goes for leaving starters in longer when pitching well.

Well, Marmol had no patience with Mikolas, and that was a good thing.

Cold, rainy night in Baltimore but we stayed for the whole game and had a good time. Cards take 2 out of 3. Our first trip to Camden Yards and it lived up to the hype. Beautiful ballpark and the Orioles fans we talked to were great baseball fans

They did great. They were working between every inning up until about the 6th when the rain stopped

Did you visit the Babe Ruth home which is only a few hundred feet from the park. It was very tiny in comparison to homes that are more spacious now. There were some interesting artifacts and displays in the home. Well worth the visit.

Yes we went and saw the birthplace and museum. We also went to visit Fort McHenry, which was an amazing experience.

Did the Cards really strike out 16 times today? They get 6 runs on 12 hits and whiff 16 times? Just wow!

Great win for the team! They just keep winning series. Looking like a legit contender.

Let’s take the Rangers series now! I’ll be going to Saturday’s game :D

Libby
Gray
Fedde

Good pitching for the weekend. :)
