Excellent point. Some can’t comprehend deeper physiological analysis as it relates to sports science. Hopefully they keep to the shallow end of the pool.

He may have built the pyramids.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:34 pmFascinating response. Do you know of any other humans who wield similar skills? Didn’t think so. Great post.

Astute observation. Burly needs a space-orangutan to watch his back.Monsieur De Treville wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:26 pmForrest Gump went into space. Not the movie Forrest, but the book Forrest.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 18:18 pm And forego a perennial MVP and HOF career? Would be interesting to see if his physical tools and baseball IQ would correlate to a career in space exploration. It would be one small step for Burly but one giant leap for mankind. Not sure how Oli would feel. Discuss.

He may have hotshot. I wouldn’t put it past him. Who else could it have been? Would Burly float in space or is his gravitational pull just to much?

Your post is misleading. Burly was known to exceed five thousand calf raises per hour, breaking the sound barrier. Great historical observation though. An Old Friend wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:27 pmIt’s pretty well known that East Carolina develops some of the finest minds and explorers this nation has ever seen. Reportedly, the university taught quantum physics in the gym at the recommendation of Alec so that he could broaden his horizons while doing five hundred calf raises an hour.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:01 pmYour post seems to suggest Burly would be under-qualified? Peak physical conditioning and high baseball IQ = astronaut. Your post was on OT so we’ll let this one slide.

1.4 calf raises per second. You know what? The math checks out. My bad. I forgot to carry a zero. Or something.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:45 pmYour post is misleading. I think that William Shatner needs to take Burly under his wing. He has much deep space experience and Burly is a willing learner and very hard worker.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:52 pmGreat point. Will have to defer to NASA or Oli’s judgment to make appropriate risk assessment.

There is no one, and I mean no one, that I would want up against a tough right handed mod than you , the son of shady.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:58 pmEasy Bub. Good point. Burly has Captain Kirk’s leadership and Mr. Spock’s intellect. Do you think Sagesse would be a good first mate?MIDMOBIRDTWO wrote: ↑28 May 2025 19:54 pmI think that William Shatner needs to take Burly under his wing. No. Shady wants him to get a utility role with the big birds until Burly settles down the outer space thing.Son of Shady wrote: ↑28 May 2025 20:05 pmGood point.
