Fans would be irate if that were called this late in a game 20 years ago. A penalty should be when you're deliberately trying to trip someone, not both players are bent at the correct angle that it appears to be a trip.

Way too many of those called these playoffs.

Dallas with little pressure and everytime Edmonton is on the attack I'm thinking there's a chance.

Dallas beat Colorado on the back of Rantanen being peeved off. then we had the Jets bruised for the picking. This series is not much better than the Florida vs. Carolina series. brutal semis if you ask me.

Yesterday, when Florida was down by 2, everyone in the stadium left. They don't deserve the team they have.

WOW! And then Rantannen is CLEARLY and deliberately tripped right in open ice trying to get the puck and nothing.

What a f'n joke! F U NHL!

I don't care who wins just tired of so many weak penalties called in the playoffs and then clear ones nothing.

St Louis would've beaten Dallas and would've probably gave Edmonton a tougher series thus far.

The Oilers hammered Vegas too. They’d hammer the Blues right now

Vegas' is done; old and slow. they know it and did nothing at the deadline because management and ownership know it's over.

lol k. The blues choke against the mighty jets who lost to Dallas…but Vegas is old and slow.

The oilers are hammering teams like Florida

lol k. I'm guessing Florida scores a tad bit more on Skinner. just reaching here.

...and Vegas IS extremely slow; your man crush included.

Don’t shift … the oilers would throttle the blues like the are doing to the team who bettered the team that beat the Blues.

A hot mess. Just a few days ago Dhsux and I were in a thread talking about the other series and it was mentioned what a long layoff might do to FLA while EDM/DAL go six to seven long hard games (it was me responding to you I think).

Fast forward. Suddenly a depleted FLA team has two of three in Carolina. I still think FLA gets it done but it certainly isn't a foregone conclusion. And now there is nothing over the last few days that tells me the DAL EDM series is coming back to EDM for game six. Dallas looks tired, banged up and Otter isn't looking so world class this series. I suppose the only wrench here is Hyman's injury. That didn't look good.

This is the second consecutive season that Stuart Skinner has embarrassed Oettinger.

Are we sure Oettinger is the goaler that everyone seems to hype him up to be?
