Burly vs. Bruce Lee
Would be interesting to see who would've won an armwrestling match. Raw power versus fast-twitch muscle. Smart money on Burly. Oli knows. Discuss.

I’ll discuss. This is the most stupid post ever.Son of Shady wrote: ↑27 May 2025 09:54 am Would be interesting to see who would've won an armwrestling match. Raw power versus fast-twitch muscle. Smart money on Burly. Oli knows. Discuss.

Relax Bub. Comparing generational athletic talents from different eras a common and engaging topic.

Saggese has the pure quick twitch speed of Bruce Lee, but the sheer heavy force of BurlesonSon of Shady wrote: ↑27 May 2025 12:36 pmGreat Post. Do you think Saggesse is a combination of both?

Astute observation. Perennial MVP and Kumite Champion his ceiling. Close family ties to several world-class martial artist who agree.

are these the same MMA, gold glove, and "high degree" martial artists that your dad threatened to do his dirty work?
i have a baseball question. might the cardinals consider a trade once again for Tommy Pham? it seems he might have that "dog" in him and is always down for a scrap. seems like something the cardinals would really want in their lineup to create a spark. i'd definitely want him up late in the game against a hard throwing righty with a "wipe out" slider. plus, he seems like the type of player that would really get along with other fighters of the "high degree" caliber. wins all around.

None better than Burly against wipeout slider from hard-throwing righty, but a high-caliber dog that eats nails and poops anvils like Pham could help. I think Oli would agree, win-win. Great input.

Sir Christopher Lee would dice up Burly with his Light Saber, or imprison him atop Orthanc. Maybe he would bite Burly on the neck and suck the blood out him?

Finally some legit baseball discussion and meaningful dialogue. It’s all I ever wanted. Wish my Dad was here to see it. Story of my life.
