VS2 screwed of a double?
How was VS2’s 2nd hit last night not a double? I get that it wouldn’t be a triple, but on baseball reference it’s showing up as a single and advance to 3rd on the error. How?

Scott himself was braking between 1st and 2nd until he saw it get by him.
Re: VS2 screwed of a double?
I thought he was braking at 2nd and then went to 3rd when he noticed the error, I haven’t found any replay of it so I can’t remember. And I remember the announcers saying a double and to 3rd on the error. *I know, consider the source*, but in real time I remember thinking the exact same thing, especially with Scott’s speed even hampered down a little by the rain.

If the RFer fields it cleanly it's single.
When he kicked it is when Scott advanced to second and third. I believe it was the correct call.

One thing for certain, VS2 can flat out run.
