Citing personal reasons, Davis resigns. At least one recruit has de-committed.

Too bad. Hard to recover this late in the process.

Drink needs to hire a top-line defensive line coach and get in contact with the 2 deserters. They're high schoolers.... They're influenceable.

Good luck with your personal issues, Coach. Selfishly, your absence will help us fans with poor memories as we won't get caught up scanning the Missouri sideline for a guy with greasy hair, shades, and a black tracksuit.

You can get that any day of the week in metro Atlanta or at the Gator Bowl in late October, early November.

drink already announced a guy on staff who was an analyst last season but has been DC at several stops will take over position. amazing how on modern CFB staffs there are competent guys with coordinator or HCing experience as analysts. Lot of coach's around programs.

as far as the DT who decommitted, there were rumors he was wavering already and taking visits. besides with way MU's program is no guarantee he would have stayed more than a year. Eli is brilliant at finding rotation ready experienced guys in TP. HS kids are no longer his priority and that's good as the Big Brands suck up all the highly touted kids for most part with their massive NIL budgets and swag.
