Re: 2025 MLB Draft Room ~ Thread, Mocks, Discussion, Draft Boards
I saw one draft recently, can't remember which one, that had the Cardinals getting Arquette at 5, and then getting Curly at 54. My how Curly has fallen in some folks mind. Still, if Curly was really still available at 54, I would have no problem with the pick. Not crazy about Arquette at 5, but, I would be ok with it.

would love to see that mock. Reading/devouring mocks in the 2nd and 3rd round would be great.DewittDaman11 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 11:09 am I saw one draft recently, can't remember which one, that had the Cardinals getting Arquette at 5, and then getting Curly at 54. Yep, I was surprised how low he's fallen, as well. Not having a great stretch, apparently. I wanted to pick him at 5 a couple months ago. I get the feeling this draft will be a bit volatile to the very end.Adam2 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 12:42 pmI'm surprised Cam Cannarella is that low on the listDewittDaman11 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 12:40 pmhttps://www.mlb.com/milb/prospects/draftcraviduce wrote: ↑16 May 2025 11:13 amwould love to see that mock. If you do come across a mock that includes the Day 1 draft (R1-R3), link it.

So we’d have a Curly and a Burly. Curly Fries sales would go through the roof.DewittDaman11 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 11:09 am I saw one draft recently, can't remember which one, that had the Cardinals getting Arquette at 5, and then getting Curly at 54. prospect rankings are awesome...excellent frame of reference as the draft goes along. And it makes an easy go to place for stats and Tool Grades.Adam2 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 13:10 pmafter a quick search i can't find a mock including multiple rounds. i can find several rounds of "prospect rankings" but no useful thought out mock draftcraviduce wrote: ↑16 May 2025 12:49 pmyeah....the ranking board.DewittDaman11 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 12:40 pmhttps://www.mlb.com/milb/prosp.ects/draftcraviduce wrote: ↑16 May 2025 11:13 amwould love to see that mock. It's such a wide open draft, i think they might have their eye on 20 players for the 5 pickcraviduce wrote: ↑16 May 2025 13:14 pmprospect rankings are awesome...excellent frame of reference as the draft goes along. Lol, maybe have a Burly burger(it'll "hit" the spot, but, no defense from an upset stomachFuturegm2 wrote: ↑16 May 2025 13:05 pmSo we’d have a Curly and a Burly. First 2 Rounds ....each team's picks were grouped together...IE: Cards ~ 5, 55, and 72 were listed.
That was 2 months ago, a lot has changed, but it is my favorite mock this year...so far. So much info , great read.
