Anyone watching Edmonton, Vegas?

Post by Russdv14 »

Vegas is sure playing hard in the third period, The only period I’ve watched so far.
The Oilers defense sure does a lot of standing around letting the Vegas players wear themselves out.
0-0 in the game might go to overtime in a minute.
97 and 29 nearly combined a score as the a
time winds down

Pronger between periods

Been watching this barn burner! 0-0 going to OT. McDavid has only 1 shot on goal on the game and he registered that with less than a minute to go in regulation.

Saw that McDavid shot and then between periods they showed how he was being checked.
I thought Vegas had the better 3rd period, but, Oh My, those Oilers are the breakout team-dangerous.
Petro is really taking a beating, which makes me wonder how much longer he can play.

And other observation is that Skinner stands tall and stout like a stiff snowman. Seems the Knights need to get him moving around

Armweak let another playoff stud go to Edmonton. First Kostin, now Kappy. Crowd favorite and everyone is talking about it.

It’s funny, Kaps got a blues 1 year because the boys love him. He’s a hard worker that could never put together his skill set. He got beat out by other dudes and still does. But happy for him. It’s tough seeing a guy that defensively responsible with the speed and effort he has to just not be able to figure it out.

He even admitted, well I only got to play a couple games but this is awesome. He’s going to have a career as a 4th liner, but has to appreciate this run. Cause he’s probably only got 1 or 2 more spots left as things go in hockey.

Nope. They played a better team and Vegas’ best players (the younger ones) were not good at all in both series. Wasn’t in their cards

Your lover Petro couldn't muster any offense for two straight games?

Yikes, terrible leadership, everyone is talking about it.
