Found this on Efren Alvarez. Very interesting pitcher. He comes from an academy in Mexico that has created a super advanced pitching lab. Same system that Padres #4 prospect Humberto Cruz came through. Look this Pernia guy up. He's going to be a very important figure in international baseball.

He was given an inning last year with their major league team and they only do that with top end prospects like Cruz.
